The well kitted-out Whaler wouldn’t set sail without a Greenland Fishery Project Leather Journal. It’s made in Kudu skin, which is very robust and has a naturally waxy texture with plenty of evidence of a life amongst lions. As with the Greenland Fishery Project’s Leather Whales, we don’t hide any imperfects, in fact we highlight them.
From Moby Dick: Captain Bildad is one of the principal owners of the Pequod, a well-to-do Quaker retired whaling captain. The name is taken from the Bible.
